Disciplinary hearing
Peter Murphy, Chief Executive of Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust, said: "Following a disciplinary hearing held on Friday after a detailed investigation, the senior manager whose hospital laptop computer was stolen has been dismissed from the Trust with immediate effect.
