An NHS foundation trust’s Annual Report and Accounts is a vital tool that allows important information to be communicated to its key stakeholders: Parliament, patients and the public.
Quality Reports are an important way to report on quality and show improvements in the services we provide. The quality of the services is measured by looking at patient safety, the effectiveness of treatments patients receive, and patient feedback about the care provided.
Our full reports and accounts, covering the 12 months from 1 April 2016, were laid before Parliament on 29 June 2017.
The reports and accounts and auditor’s report will be formally presented to the Council of Governors at the Annual Members' Meeting on 14 September
Publication covering 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2017
