Estates and Facilities

In October 2011, the estates and facilities management services that had been provided by Carillion since the 1990s were brought back in-house to our Trust*.
The Estates and Facilities team provide a range of services to the Trust including:
- Estates (day to day maintenance of our sites)
- Utilities
- Energy management
- Pest control
- Grounds & Gardens
- Catering
- Cleaning (housekeeping)
- Linen & Laundry
- Portering & Transport
- Waste management
- Security
- Car Parking
We provide this service at Colchester General Hospital and Essex County Hospital.
