Planning and Developments
Our Planning and Development function manages all aspects of the Trust's property. This includes a capital development programme, comprising new builds, ward extensions and refurbishments.
The team is small and for developments works closely with operational staff to provide an 'intelligent client' service, using external professional services such as architects and engineers for the larger schemes.
We provide this service at Colchester Hospital University.
