The Trust does not charge for FOI requests, unless the cost of compliance exceeds the appropriate limit of time / staff hours. More information can be found at the Information Commissioners Office

The Trust would always inform you if your request exceeded the appropriate limit before proceeding with it, and give you appropriate advice and guidance as per Section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act.
