Council of Governors' Meetings & Minutes

The Council of Governors (formerly known as the Members' Council*) works closely with the Trust's Board of Directors to influence decision-making and strategic planning. The Members' Council influences and signs off strategies while monitoring performance and holding the Board of Directors to account. In addition to the Chair, there are 26 governors on the Members' Council.

Meetings
The Council of Governors hold at least four meetings a year. They are are 'held in public'. Local people and our staff are represented by their governors but we would also like to see members of the public join us at these meetings.
