The governance of our Trust comprises a membership; a Council of Governors*; and a Board of Directors (below).

Trust Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors comprises the Chair, between five and seven Non-Executive Directors and between five and seven Executive Directors. The work of our Trust Board is supported by a number of subcommittees, all of which report directly to the Board.
