Directors/Governors Meetings 2013/14

The Trust's Board of Directors meetings are 'held in public' and anyone is welcome to attend. At the start of the formal meeting, there will be a brief opportunity for members of the public to ask questions of information or clarification relating to matters on the Agenda.
All Agenda and draft resolutions of business meetings held, together with the approved Minutes of same, are published here one week before each meeting. Download papers from this website or contact the Chief Executive's Office on 01206 742347 or email info@colchesterhospital.nhs.uk

All meetings will take place in Training Rooms South (map), Colchester General Hospital.

* Note: It was agreed at the November 2011 Joint Board and Council of Governors that instead of trying to wrap Board general business and Council of Governors general business together in one meeting, we concentrate our joint working in a quarterly informal workshop on the same day as a formal Council of Governors meeting (public and private meetings as required). This means that every third month when there is not a formal Public Board meeting, there will be a joint afternoon workshop to discuss the topics of the day informally and in private.
