Urologists are specialists who treat men, women and children with conditions affecting the kidney, bladder and genitalia. Urologists also care for men's sexual and reproductive health.
Men and women with urological problems should receive their care from a dedicated team of experienced health care practitioners who have specialised in urology care.
The department is centred on the Colchester General Hospital site in Colchester but has a number of clinics at Clacton, Fryatt (Harwich) and Halstead Hospitals. In addition to this some of our surgical procedures are performed at Clacton and the new Fryatt Hospital (Harwich).
